GUARANTEE
A full refund will be given including any postage or freight by the customer in the following instances:

The items purchased have a fault that the customer could not have known about at the time of purchase;

The items purchased do not do the job the customer was led to believe they would;

The items purchased do not match the sample shown to the customer; and/or aren’t as they were described.

The items purchased are not an acceptable ‘saleable’ standard;
-
The items purchased are not the same as the description provided by the salesperson or advertisement;
-
The items purchased does not match the demonstration shown at the time of purchase; and/or does not do the job or perform to the standard that the customer was led to believe.
