Delivery Charges

We deliver Australia wide, freight charges apply.

Our freight rates are based on average costs and are dependant on carton size, volume & weight. Freight costs are calculated in our shopping cart at the end of the shopping process but prior to payment processing.

We deliver freight free to Brisbane metropolitan area’s (for orders over $100.00 excl GST).

All orders under $100.00 (excl. GST) attract at least a minimum freight & handling charge of $10.00 (excl GST).

If you prefer to collect your goods or have them despatched by another method, please call us on 07 3633 0233 during normal working hours.

Delivery Lead Times

We will endeavour to despatch ALL stocked goods within 24 hours of receipt of your order/payment.

For special order goods or items that are non stock, we will contact you by phone.

Backorders

Should any items on your order be out of stock, we will contact you.

Insurance

Goods are not insured during transit, contact us on 07 3633 0233 if you would like a quotation.
